How It Works

This could be you! Are you up for it?

Every summer, people like you enter the movement. They join teams in places like the mountains of India, the Islands of Indonesia, the war-torn countries of Eastern Europe - places with little or no access to the truth. They live among people whose culture is dominated by spiritual darkness, learning firsthand how to intercede for the unreached. This could be you. Are you up for it?

Orientation

The first four days of your trip are spent in the UK. You will have the chance to meet with all of the other edge teams and spend time getting to know the rest of your team. These few days will be full of prayer, worship, cross-cultural ministry training and team building.

On the Field

Spend 6 weeks living in a different culture aiming to both increase the effectiveness of long-term workers and open the hearts of the unreached to the gospel. You will have the opportunity to learn from them and have the chance to get involved in a variety of ministries. Debrief

Return to the mobilisation base in the UK for 2 days, to process your summer and consider what God is doing in your life. This is a great chance to reflect on the things you have learnt and how you might build on this experience in the future.

Edge trips cost between £1000 and £2000. The airfare is the main cost, which varies according to destination. Please contact the mobilisation team for more details of specific costs.
